The full refurbishment is part of a wider refurbishment programme of works which we are involved with at BCHC NHS Trust.
The facility had been cleared and stripped out by a previous contractor, therefore, this project was a relatively easy fitting out scheme. However, unforeseen internal drainage issues and client changes extended the original swift 20 week programme.

Working within the wider Bushey Fields complex necessitates high levels of secure working, restricted access routes, and integration with hospital fire and security systems.
